1. Services Provided

Iron City Movers offers local and long-distance moving, packing, furniture moving, and junk removal services in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. Services are provided based on availability and confirmed scheduling.

2. Quotes & Estimates

Estimates provided via website, phone, or email are non-binding and based on information submitted by you. Final pricing may change based on actual service conditions (e.g., number of items, access limitations, stairs, etc.).

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Moves are scheduled based on availability and confirmed with a booking.

• We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

• Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
   

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full at the time services are completed unless agreed otherwise in writing.

• Accepted forms of payment: cash, major credit/debit cards, Zelle, or invoiced payments for commercial clients.

• Late payments may be subject to fees.
   

5. Liability & Damages

• Our team takes care to handle your items professionally. However, we are not liable for items not properly packed by the customer or for pre-existing damages.

• Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of your move.
   

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information when requesting a quote

• Be present (or designate someone) at the time of the move

• Ensure legal parking and access at the origin and destination

• Not transport hazardous or illegal items
   

7. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to misuse or attempt unauthorized access to our systems. All site content is the intellectual property of Iron City Movers and may not be copied or reused without permission.
 

8. Limitation of Liability

Iron City Movers is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
